I renewed my insurance last week. I was not told at the time the payment would not come out on my normal preferred date. After noticing the charge on my account this morning I went and spoke with Patti, the manager. She was the one that renewed my insurance. She deflected the complaint and said it is the customers responsibility to know, had a poor attitude and then threatened to leave a 1 star review for the business I manage. Very poor customer service. I will being contacting the head office about the retaliatory review comment.

Insurance renewal was processed quickly by a very kind representative. Highly recommend.

Jan helped me with finalizing my imported vehicle and was exceptional. She was knowledgeable and super kind.

It’s an ok place to get insurance renewed or other insurance things. But it’s noisy as heck as it’s right next to the checkouts, and the acoustics are typical superstore. Staff are however very friendly and polite and helpful. They deal with this noise all day and have my sympathy. You can contact Sussex by email and do insurance with them on the phone and by email, provided it’s a renewal or a simple change.
