one of the ladies (maybe indian) is very rude. I asked her to help us how to get a cheaper coverage because the truck wont be used just yet (we have other cars to travel to work) and she said “Don’t get coverage!” wow very helpful.

Two poor experience with this location. I contacted the manager to give feedback on a situation that occurred with a worker. I discussed with the manager how I was unhappy with a situation that occurred where payment was taken at this location and I was then told to call another dept to get a refund. I called the dept and they told me once payment is taken no refunds can be offered. I called to let the management at this location know and then she refused to take accountability for her office. She blamed the ICBC help dept that the payment was taken through then proceeded to ramble about how that dept should have informed her worker etc. I finally cut her off and told her I don’t need to be in the know of how dysfunctional ICBC back office is and hung up. All that needed to be done is taking accountability and apologizing for the mistake but instead she chose to argue with me then blame ICBC? Not happy with her and won’t be coming back to this location since clearly things aren’t being managed/taught properly here.
