Mandy is very personable& knowledgeable. Everyone is welcoming and helpful even if you are not their client. I was referred to Superior Insurance agency by a friend and have recommended the agency to friends & family.

Very friendly and helpful staff, I worked with Ben to get business insurance for contracting and he helped me get the plan that was right for me, at an extremely fair price. Realistically that wasn't as major of a concern to me as feeling confident that in the event a claim DOES happen, im in good hands. Obviously I cant predict the future, but I do feel confident that that is the case.

Initial assigned agent did not submit claim after loss, causing substantial delay in recovery. This was resolved to our satisfaction. Overall, would recommend.

Always so helpful and friendly any time I call. Makes getting insurance that fits us lots easier than any other place I have ever looked into. Can call and speak to a person every time I have called. Almost my whole family including sisters and brothers uses them, always happy with service.
