Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through SunStone Insurance Group. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Okay but not great
Used SunStone Insurance Group for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Good value
I appreciate that SunStone Insurance Group shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from SunStone Insurance Group. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
