Highly recommend

Amazing customer service

Poor communication
My biggest issue with SunPoint Insurance Solutions was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Couldn't be happier
Switched all my insurance to SunPoint Insurance Solutions last year. Better coverage, lower premiums, and they handle all the paperwork. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from SunPoint Insurance Solutions. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
