Good value
I appreciate that SunPeak Insurance Agency shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Room for improvement
SunPeak Insurance Agency handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Okay but not great
Used SunPeak Insurance Agency for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from SunPeak Insurance Agency. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
