Room for improvement
SunGrove Insurance Services handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from SunGrove Insurance Services. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Lost my documents
SunGrove Insurance Services lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.
