Couldn't be happier

Poor communication
My biggest issue with SunCreek Insurance Services was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Does the job
SunCreek Insurance Services helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Sudbury. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Okay but not great
Used SunCreek Insurance Services for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from SunCreek Insurance Services. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
