Slow and unresponsive
Summit Insurance Services was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Could be better
The rates Summit Insurance Services found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Does the job
Summit Insurance Services helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Halifax. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Great for home insurance
Bought our first home and Summit Insurance Services walked us through everything we needed for home insurance. They even bundled it with our auto policy for extra savings.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Summit Insurance Services. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Helpful staff
The staff at Summit Insurance Services were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.
