Average experience
My experience with Summit Insurance Group was average. They found decent auto insurance rates but nothing spectacular. Communication could be improved.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Summit Insurance Group was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Disappointing experience
