Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Summit Insurance Brokers. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Could be better
The rates Summit Insurance Brokers found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Responsive and caring
When my basement flooded, Summit Insurance Brokers was the first call I made. They walked me through the claims process and followed up regularly. A+ service.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Summit Insurance Brokers was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
