Does the job
Sullivan & Webster Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Victoria. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Pretty good
Sullivan & Webster Insurance helped us with our home insurance renewal. They found a slightly better rate. The process was straightforward, nothing exceptional but reliable.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Sullivan & Webster Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Sullivan & Webster Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
