Perfect for small business

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Sullivan & Co. Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Sullivan & Co. Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Sullivan & Co. Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
