Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Sullivan & Bolton Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Room for improvement
Sullivan & Bolton Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Sullivan & Bolton Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
