Couldn't be happier

Helpful but slow
The broker at StrongRidge Insurance Advisors was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with StrongRidge Insurance Advisors. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Slow and unresponsive
StrongRidge Insurance Advisors was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
