Insurance made simple
As a newcomer to Kamloops, StrongPeak Risk Solutions made getting auto and tenant insurance incredibly simple. They explained the requirements in British Columbia clearly.

Five stars all around
Switched to StrongPeak Risk Solutions on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with StrongPeak Risk Solutions. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Solid broker
StrongPeak Risk Solutions is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about StrongPeak Risk Solutions. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Helpful but slow
The broker at StrongPeak Risk Solutions was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
