Could be better
The rates StrongPeak Financial & Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with StrongPeak Financial & Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Does the job
StrongPeak Financial & Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Sudbury. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Five stars all around
Switched to StrongPeak Financial & Insurance on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from StrongPeak Financial & Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
