Okay but not great

Reliable broker

Helpful but slow
The broker at StrongCreek Insurance Group was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Slow and unresponsive
StrongCreek Insurance Group was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
