Could be better
The rates Strategie Conseil en Assurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Slow and unresponsive
Strategie Conseil en Assurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Strategie Conseil en Assurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
