Smooth transition
Switching from my old broker to StoneValley Insurance Agency was completely smooth. They handled all the transfers and actually improved my coverage at a lower cost.

Five stars all around

Does the job
StoneValley Insurance Agency helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Pembroke. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Room for improvement
StoneValley Insurance Agency handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with StoneValley Insurance Agency. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Okay but not great
Used StoneValley Insurance Agency for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
