Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through StoneValley Financial & Insurance. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with StoneValley Financial & Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Great for home insurance
Bought our first home and StoneValley Financial & Insurance walked us through everything we needed for home insurance. They even bundled it with our auto policy for extra savings.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about StoneValley Financial & Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Couldn't be happier

Good value

Poor communication
My biggest issue with StoneValley Financial & Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
