Room for improvement
StoneStream Insurance Services handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Lost my documents
StoneStream Insurance Services lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Okay but not great
