Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with StoneStar Brokerage. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from StoneStar Brokerage. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Room for improvement
StoneStar Brokerage handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Solid broker
StoneStar Brokerage is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Does the job
