Multi-policy savings

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about StoneCreek Insurance Group. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Five stars all around
Switched to StoneCreek Insurance Group on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Could be better
The rates StoneCreek Insurance Group found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with StoneCreek Insurance Group. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from StoneCreek Insurance Group. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
