Slow and unresponsive
StoneBridge Insurance Group was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with StoneBridge Insurance Group. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with StoneBridge Insurance Group. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
