Good value
I appreciate that Stone & MacLean Insurance shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Lost my documents
Stone & MacLean Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Couldn't be happier

Helpful but slow
The broker at Stone & MacLean Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
