Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Stone Insurance Services. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Solid broker
Stone Insurance Services is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Slow and unresponsive
Stone Insurance Services was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
