Slow and unresponsive
Stone Insurance Brokers was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Room for improvement
Stone Insurance Brokers handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Reliable broker
Been with Stone Insurance Brokers for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Five stars all around
Switched to Stone Insurance Brokers on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Stone Insurance Brokers was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Stone Insurance Brokers is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.
