Family business feel
Stevens & Morris Insurance has that family business feel that you don't get from big insurance companies. They genuinely care about finding you the right coverage.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Stevens & Morris Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Good overall experience
