Good broker
Stevens Insurance Services took the time to review our existing policies and found gaps in our coverage. They fixed everything and the price was reasonable.

Room for improvement
Stevens Insurance Services handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Stevens Insurance Services. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
