Multi-policy savings

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Stevens Insurance Ltd.. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Stevens Insurance Ltd. was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Stevens Insurance Ltd.. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Okay but not great
Used Stevens Insurance Ltd. for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Does the job
