Average experience
My experience with Stevens Insurance Brokers was average. They found decent auto insurance rates but nothing spectacular. Communication could be improved.

Five stars all around
Switched to Stevens Insurance Brokers on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Room for improvement
Stevens Insurance Brokers handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Stevens Insurance Brokers was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
