Reliable broker
Been with Stevens Insurance Agency for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Stevens Insurance Agency. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Okay but not great
Used Stevens Insurance Agency for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
