Poor communication
My biggest issue with Stevens & Co. Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Trustworthy and reliable

Does the job
Stevens & Co. Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Saint John. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Stevens & Co. Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
