Room for improvement
Stevens & Co. Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Helpful staff
The staff at Stevens & Co. Insurance were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Stevens & Co. Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
