Fair pricing
Sterling Insurance Group offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Great for bundling

Could be better
The rates Sterling Insurance Group found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Sterling Insurance Group. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Room for improvement
Sterling Insurance Group handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
