Okay but not great
Used Stephens Risk Management for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Slow and unresponsive
Stephens Risk Management was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
