Would recommend to anyone

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Stephens Insurance Services. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Could be better
The rates Stephens Insurance Services found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Stephens Insurance Services. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Smooth transition

Slow and unresponsive
