Family business feel
Stephens Insurance Brokers has that family business feel that you don't get from big insurance companies. They genuinely care about finding you the right coverage.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Stephens Insurance Brokers. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Stephens Insurance Brokers. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Smooth transition

The rates Stephens Insurance Brokers found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
