Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Stephens Insurance Brokers. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Stephens Insurance Brokers. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Okay but not great

Could be better
The rates Stephens Insurance Brokers found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
