Helpful staff
The staff at Stephens & Harrison Insurance were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Lost my documents
Stephens & Harrison Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Couldn't be happier
Switched all my insurance to Stephens & Harrison Insurance last year. Better coverage, lower premiums, and they handle all the paperwork. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Stephens & Harrison Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Stephens & Harrison Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Okay but not great
