Good value
I appreciate that SteelWater Insurance Solutions shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Does the job
SteelWater Insurance Solutions helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Brandon. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Helpful but slow
The broker at SteelWater Insurance Solutions was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from SteelWater Insurance Solutions. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
