Family business feel

Helpful staff
The staff at SteelView Insurance Group were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Solid broker
SteelView Insurance Group is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from SteelView Insurance Group. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
