Solid broker
SteelStar Insurance Solutions is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Lost my documents

Disappointing experience

Poor communication
My biggest issue with SteelStar Insurance Solutions was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
