Solid broker
SteelSpring Insurance Brokers is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Five stars all around

Helpful but slow
The broker at SteelSpring Insurance Brokers was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Fair pricing

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with SteelSpring Insurance Brokers. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
