Helpful but slow
The broker at SteelSpring Financial & Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with SteelSpring Financial & Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Slow and unresponsive
SteelSpring Financial & Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
