Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with SteelRock Risk Solutions. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Could be better
The rates SteelRock Risk Solutions found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with SteelRock Risk Solutions. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Helpful but slow
The broker at SteelRock Risk Solutions was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
