Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with SteelLeaf Insurance Services. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about SteelLeaf Insurance Services. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Slow and unresponsive
SteelLeaf Insurance Services was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Highly recommend

Poor communication
My biggest issue with SteelLeaf Insurance Services was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
