Solid broker
SteelLake Insurance Group is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Could be better
The rates SteelLake Insurance Group found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Happy with the savings

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about SteelLake Insurance Group. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
