Good value
I appreciate that SteelLake Insurance Brokers shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from SteelLake Insurance Brokers. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Slow and unresponsive
SteelLake Insurance Brokers was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
